Seeding in Manitoba Past the 90 Percent Mark Province-Wide

Seeding progress in Manitoba sits at 91 percent, just slightly behind the four-year average of 93 percent.

Spotty to widespread rain over much of the province has allowed a brief respite from very dry conditions.

Most of the Southwest region received rainfall, ranging between 25 to 35 millimetres for the most part.

There was 15 to 30 millimetres precipitation throughout the Northwest region, with highs of 50 millimetres in the Roblin area.
