A Woman Has Been In Court After A Weekend Incident On The Pasqua First Nation

A 55-year-old woman has made her first court appearance, on charges stemming from an incident on the Pasqua First Nation late Sunday night. RCMP were called to a home on the reserve, after a man was hit by a vehicle, and later taken to hospital for treatment. A woman inside the home was arrested and charged with numerous offences, including Impaired Driving and Aggravated Assault. Laurenda Khanapace remains in custody, to appear again tomorrow in Regina.
