Yorkton Woman Avoids Jail on Drug Trafficking Charge

One of two people arrested in connection with a drug bust in Yorkton, has avoided jail time.

On February 5th, Yorkton RCMP executed a search warrant at an apartment on Russell Drive, where they found 166 grams of cocaine and 750-dollars in cash.

In Yorkton today (Mon), 23-year-old Erin Watson was sentenced to 18 months of probation on one count of Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking.

Her co-accused, 18-year-old Gray Hae of Edmonton, is scheduled to stand trial in September.
