Another court appearance has been made by one of three people charged in connection with an attempted murder dating back to last fall. 24-year-old Austin Severight, of the Yellowquill First Nation, was remanded in custody, and will be back in Regina Provincial Court tomorrow, facing charges including Robbery, Kidnapping, and Attempted Murder. October 4, 2020, Mounties say the victim met three people at a nightclub in Regina, before leaving with them in a vehicle. The victim was then beaten, tortured and robbed, before being left unconscious and seriously injured, in a field north of Fort Qu’Appelle.
