2 months after starting his fundraising walk, 95-year-old Frank Atchison completed his journey in front of the Saskatchewan legislature on Tuesday. The 260-kilometre trek from Saskatoon to Regina was started to raise money for the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital in Saskatoon and the Shriner’s Hospital in Montreal. Not only was yesterday his birthday, but Atchison also celebrated his 50-year anniversary as a member of the Wa Wa Shriners.
