Two Winnipeg Residents Charged in the Death of RCMP Officer Have Court Dates Next Week

A new court date has been scheduled for a Winnipeg woman facing multiple charges, including Manslaughter, in the death of an Indian Head RCMP officer.

In Regina Provincial Court this afternoon (Wed), 42-year-old Marlene Pagee had her matters adjourned to next Wednesday (July 7).

Her co-accused, 41-year-old Alphonse Traverse, also of Winnipeg, is set to appear in court on Monday (July 5).

RCMP Constable Shelby Patton died June 12th during a traffic stop in the Town of Wolseley, where a truck, reported stolen from Manitoba, allegedly ran him over.

The vehicle was found in a field near Francis, and two suspects were taken into custody the same day.
