Swan River RCMP are investigating a fatal ATV rollover on the Sapotawayak First Nation.

Early Saturday morning (July 3) RCMP received a report of an off-road vehicle collision that occurred on Roy Hamilton Road on the reserve.

Mounties determined a 22-year-old man from the reserve was dropping off a passenger at a home, then continued down the road where it’s believed he lost control and rolled.

The man, who was not wearing a helmet, was pronounced dead at the scene.
