RCMP Probe Serious Crash

Carlyle RCMP are at the scene of a serious collision just east of Manor on highway 13. Traffic is being diverted in both directions and motorists should plan alternate routes or expect delays travelling in this area. There is currently no timeframe for re-opening Highway #13.
