A bench warrant has been issued for a Grenfell woman charged in connection to a drug trafficking case in Regina, who missed her scheduled court date yesterday (MON).

19-year-old Taryn George faces is accused of Possession of Crystal Meth and Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking.

On May 11, 2020, Regina Police officers saw a white GMC truck, with three occupants, speeding, and eventually found the vehicle abandoned in an alley.

Three women were arrested and a subsequent search of one of the suspects revealed baggies containing a substance believed to be illegal drugs, along with cash and other items associated with drug trafficking inside the vehicle.
