Manitoba RCMP Report Two Drownings In Less Than A Week

Western Manitoba Mounties are reporting two drowning deaths in less than a week.

Last Thursday night, a 39-year-old Canupawakpa First Nation man drowned while swimming with family members at Reston Lake.

Then, late yesterday afternoon, a 52-year-old Kenton man drowned while swimming alone in the Kenton Dam.

In both cases, RCMP were involved in finding the victims.
