Saskatchewan Identified 56 New Cases Of COVID-19, 62 Recoveries, No Deaths

Saskatchewan saw a small drop in COVID-19 case counts.

56 new cases were identified with 1 in the Far North Central, 5 in the Far North West, 1 in the Far North East, 2 in the North West, 12 in the North Central, 3 in the North East, 12 in Saskatoon, 4 in the Central West, 1 in the Central East, 5 in Regina, 3 in the South West, 3 in the South Central and 4 in the South East.

Hospitalizations dropped in the province to 55, however, admissions to intensive care increased to 14.

62 more recoveries were recorded, leaving 650 active cases, including 20 in the Central East region.

Again, no deaths were reported in Saskatchewan.

The seven day average of daily new cases of COVID-19 in Saskatchewan is now 71.
