One of Four Men Charged in Connection With a Pair of Late-July Incidents Appears in Court

Another court appearance for one of four men charged with Aggravated Assault, in connection with a pair of incidents on July 28th, that police say are connected.

Around 7:10 that night, Carlyle RCMP were called to investigate an alleged assault outside a business on the Pheasant Rump Nakota First Nation, that left a man with serious injuries, and about an hour later, Mounties were notified that someone had discharged a firearm at a vehicle on the White Bear First Nation.

27-year-old Jordan Desjarlais, of Regina, will be back in Estevan Provincial Court on Thursday (12th), for a bail hearing.

20-year-old Demetrius Standingready, of the White Bear First Nation makes his next appearance tomorrow (WED), in Carlyle.

Meanwhile, warrants have been issued for the arrests of 19-year-old Cyrus Campeau and 22-year-old Justin Desjarlais, who police believe may be in the Regina area.
