An increase in COVID-19 case counts was reported in Saskatchewan, as the province identified 191 new cases of the virus.
27 are located in the Far North West, 7 in the Far North East, 15 in the North West, 17 in the North Central, 34 in the North East, 42 in Saskatoon, 4 in the Central West, 20 in the Central East, 14 in Regina, 6 in the South West, 1 in the South Central, and 8 in the South East, with four cases having been reassigned from out-of-province.

Hospitalizations increased to 86 with 16 receiving treatment in intensive care.
54 more people have recovered, leaving 1,203 active cases, including 63 in the Central East region.
No additional deaths were announced, and the province’s seven day average of daily new cases is 129.
