A weather advisory is in effect as meteorologists are tracking a thunderstorm that is possibly producing a tornado.

Under the weather advisory are Jedburgh, Melville, Yorkton, Wynyard, Wadena, Foam Lake, Preeceville, Kamsack, Canora, Esterhazy, Fort Qu’Appelle and Indian Head.

An eyewitness reported a funnel cloud near Ituna at 3:10 this afternoon.
