Yorkton RCMP arrest second kidnapping suspect, looking for the third

Yorkton RCMP arrested the second of three suspects charged for an alleged kidnapping in the City on September 7th.

Police say around 2 a.m. that day, an adult male was walking in an alley off of Independent Street when we was approached by a vehicle and pulled inside.

The victim was then taken to a garage in the city, threatened by three individuals with firearms, then released the next morning.

30-year-old Tyson Ledoux, of Regina, was located yesterday (Tues) and will appear in Yorkton Provincial Court tomorrow (Thurs).

His co-accused, 34-year-old Dustin Kennedy remains in custody for his next court date on September 24th, in Yorkton, and 34-year-old Scott Cook is still wanted.

Cook is described as 6-feet 2-inches tall and 240 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, and RCMP advise the public to not approach him.

Anyone with information on Cook’s whereabouts can contact their local police service or Crime Stoppers.
