One of two people arrested in connection with an alleged kidnapping in Yorkton, has made his first court appearance.
30-year-old Tyson Ledoux of Regina was in Yorkton today (Thu), where he was remanded in custody for next Thursday.
One of his co-accused, 34-year-old Dustin Kennedy of Yorkton, returns to court next Friday, while the other, 34-year-old Scott Cook of Yorkton, is still being sought by police.
Mounties say on September 7th, a man was walking in an alley near Independent Street, when he was pulled into a vehicle.
The victim was taken to a garage and threatened with firearms, before he was released.
