Manitoba RCMP have made an arrest in the death of a 16 year old boy in Grand Rapids. Last Thursday, they were called to a home to a report of an unresponsive man with serious injuries. The youth was pronounced dead at the nursing station. A 17 year old male has been charged with 2nd degree murder, and will appear in court in The Pas today.
