A Man Charged In A Series Of Crimes In Russell Was Back In Court

A Brandon man accused of committing a series of crimes in Russell has appeared in court again. RCMP were called in June of 2019, to a report of a 56-year-old man being assaulted, threatened, and having some of his belongings stolen. While officers were on scene, the suspect returned, and resisted arrest, so Mounties had to use a taser to subdue him. The suspect also caused damage to the Russell RCMP cell block. 41-year-old Michael Man faces numerous charges, and will appear in Brandon Court on October 18th.
