An online vigil is planned for tonight for a missing Skownan First Nation man. 21-year-old Dwayne Lavallee was last seen three years ago today, on the Ebb and Flow First Nation. A subsequent ground search resulted in his vehicle being recovered in a rural area north of Ste. Rose, four days later. Lavallee’s family plans to take cadaver dogs out to help search for his body this fall.
