Manitoba’s IIU Rules No Charges In An Incident In The Pas

The Independent Investigation Unit, Manitoba’s civilian police watchdog, will not lay charges in incident in The Pas in July 2019. A suicidal man armed with a gun called 9-1-1, and asked for police to attend and shoot him.
