Residents in southeast Saskatchewan may notice their SaskTel services may not be working.
That’s because SaskTel says there is a landline outage in the southeast, affecting an area between Fillmore to the north, the U.S. border to the south, Weyburn to the west, and the Manitoba border to the east.
There is also an internet, wireless, and landline service outage in Midale.
The Saskatchewan RCMP ask Midale residents if they need police services, during this outage, to head to the Weyburn RCMP detachment, at 540 11th Street NE in Weyburn, and for everyone else in the southeast to their local detachment.
Sasktel has not yet indicated when these services will be restored.
