The SHA Mandates Mask Use In L.T.C Homes

Due to the increasing number of Covid cases in the province, the Saskatchewan Health Authority says starting immediately, family and visitors in all long term care homes will have to wear a mask at all times. This applies to vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals and applies to both single and multi-resident rooms. Long-term care residents are not required to mask in their own rooms, as this is their home, but are encouraged to mask when outside their room and in common indoor areas.
