Bail hearing set for Yorkton man arrested in connection with an alleged kidnapping

One of two people arrested in connection with an alleged kidnapping in Yorkton, has made another court appearance.

34-year-old Dustin Kennedy of Yorkton was in today (Tue), where he was remanded in custody for a bail hearing on October 18th.

One of his co-accused, 30-year-old Tyson Ledoux of Regina, returns to court Thursday, while the other, 34-year-old Scott Cook of Yorkton, is still being sought by police.

Mounties say on September 7th, a man was walking in an alley near Independent Street, when he was pulled into a vehicle.

The victim was taken to a garage and threatened with firearms, before he was released.
