Former Manitoba premier Brian Pallister has resigned his seat as the MLA for Fort Whyte less than 2 months after quitting as premier. The 67 year old’s resignation comes just a day before the Manitoba legislature reconvenes. HIs resignation took effect yesterday. First elected in 2012, he was premier from 2016 to this September.
