The Manitoba government has announced the winners of the 2nd “Vax to Win” lottery for youths who have received both their COVID-19 shots. Crown Services Minister Jeff Wharton says 7 adults, including James Hopfner of Prairie Mountain Health won $100 thousand in cash and scholarships, while 10 youths got $25 thousand. To be eligible, applicants had to have had their 2nd does on or before September 6th.
