An attempted robbery in Arelee has led to the arrest of three men, including one from Yorkton.
On October 7th, a male was approached by a man and assaulted in an unsuccessful attempt to steal the male’s vehicle.
The suspect fled in an SUV with two other males, and all three were arrested after a brief chase from police.
The investigation determined that the three males also broke into a residence in the RM of Eagle Creek.
29-year-old Rocky Meechance faces multiple charges including break-and-enter, flight from a peace officer and accessory after the fact to robbery, and he made his first appearance in North Battleford Provincial Court yesterday (Tues).
