Court appearances have been made by three of four men charged in connection with a pair of incidents that Carlyle RCMP say are connected.
21-year-old Demetrius Standingready, 19-year-old Cyrus Campeau, and 22-year-old Justin Desjarlais were in Carlyle Provincial Court yesterday (Wed).
Standingready’s next court date is October 27th, while Campeau and Desjarlais had their matters adjourned to November 10th, all in Carlyle.
On the evening of July 28th, police were called to investigate an alleged assault outside a business on the Pheasant Rump Nakota First Nation, that left a man seriously injured.
About an hour later, Mounties were notified that someone had discharged a firearm at a vehicle on the White Bear First Nation.
