Provincial parks in Saskatchewan saw a record number for visitations in 2021. More than 1-million visits happen at provincial parks, well above the previous record set in 2020, and over 400-thousand camping nights were spent in parks, breaking the record from 2016. While peak camping season is now over in Saskatchewan, several parks are still offering campsites with reduced services. Also, new this year, reservations for winter camping will go online in November, with sites available at Echo Valley Provincial Park, Kenosee Inn and Madge Lake Retreats.
