Manitoba Infrastructure will be increasing the flow of water from the Shellmouth Dam tomorrow, as they prepare for a survey of the Assinibone River. The flow will increase from 150 to 500 cubic feet per second to October 17th, when it’ll be lowered again. It means water levels downstream could increase by 2 and a half feet between the dam and St. Lazare. Property owners are advised to take necessary precautions.
