Saskatchewan Expands COVID-19 Booster Shot Program

Beginning on Monday, an expansion of Saskatchewan’s COVID-19 booster shot will take effect.

Individuals 65-years-old and older and anyone living in the Far North or in First Nations communities that are 50-and-older will be eligible to receive a booster dose.

In addition, any born in 2009 or earlier with underlying health conditions that would make them clinically extremely vulnerable will also be eligible.

COVID-19 booster will be administered to these groups, provided six months have past since receiving their second dose.
