Sask. NDP Call For Gathering Size Limits

The provincial NDP says Saskatchewan’s Chief Medical Health Officer has recommended publicly that people lower their gathering sizes because of the state of COVID-19 in this province, but his recommendations to the government haven’t been heeded. The NDP is also calling for the role of the Chief Medical Health Officer to have more independence so public health orders and states of emergency can be enacted without having to request it from the government.
