Yorkton man arrested in connection to an alleged kidnapping has a bail hearing set

One of three people arrested in connection with an alleged kidnapping in Yorkton, has made another court appearance.

34-year-old Dustin Kennedy of Yorkton was in today (Mon), where he was remanded in custody for a bail hearing on November 3rd.

His co-accused, 34 year-old Scott Cook of Yorkton, is back in court Wednesday, while 30-year-old Tyson Ledoux of Regina, returns to court Thursday.

Mounties say on September 7th, a man was walking in an alley near Independent Street, when he was pulled into a vehicle.

The victim was taken to a garage and threatened with firearms, before he was released.
