A Yorkton Man’s Bail Hearing On Several Charges Was Adjourned

An adjournment in the case of one of three suspects charged in connection with an attempted robbery in Arelee earlier this month. October 7th, Mounties say a man was approached by another man and assaulted, in an unsuccessful attempt to steal the victim’s’s vehicle. The suspect fled in an SUV with two other males, and all three were arrested after a brief chase from police, and the investigation determined that the trio also allegedly broke into a home in the R.M. of Eagle Creek. 29-year-old Rocky Meechance of Yorkton, faces multiple charges, and was remanded with his bail hearing set for November 9th in North Battleford.
