Saskatchewan had decreases in new cases of COVID-19, hospitalizations, and active cases.
The provincial dashboard recorded 189 new cases, bringing the provincial total to 77,494.
The new cases are located in the Far North West (5), Far North East (2), North West (7), North Central (23), North East (9), Saskatoon (40), Central West (1), Central East (30), Regina (43), South West (4), South Central (3), and South East (19) zones and three (3) new cases have pending residence information.
Four (4) cases with pending residence information were assigned to the North Central (from September 30 (1), October 6 (1)), Saskatoon (from October 28 (1)), and Central East (from October 28 (1)) zones.
One (1) SK resident tested out-of-province was added to the Saskatoon (from October 25 (1)) zone.
One (1) case was removed (reason not specified) from Regina (from June 21 (1)) zone.

The number of people in hospital with COVID-19 dropped by 12, to 226. A total of 53 individuals are in ICU, in addition to 23 ICU patients transferred out-of-province, mainly to Ontario. One patient is expected to be transferred to that province today (Sat) and one more tomorrow (Sun), according to health officials yesterday (Fri).
One highlight from the dashboard noted “one (1) out of province patient was repatriated to Saskatchewan October 29 and is now included in the hospitalization (in-patient) statistics in the COVID-19 dashboard.”
Four more individuals passed away due to COVID-19: one each in the Central West, Central East, Regina and Saskatoon regions.

Active cases in the province continues to fall as it now stands at 2,307. An additional 242 people recovered from the virus for a total of 74,337.
The seven day average of daily new cases is 203 (16.8 new cases per 100,000).
2,230 COVID-19 tests were recorded for a total of 1,224,534.
An uptick in new vaccine doses was observed with 4,320 doses, including 1,155 first doses and 3,165 second doses.
