One of two Winnipeg residents charged following the death of Indian Head RCMP Constable Shelby Patton was back in court yesterday. 43-year-old Marlene Pagee remains in custody, charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder, and will return to Regina Provincial Court on Monday. 42-year-old Alphonse Traverse is also in custody, charged with First Degree Murder, and he will be back in Regina Court on December 20th. On June 12th, during a traffic stop in Wolseley, Constable Patton was allegedly struck by a truck that was reported stolen from Manitoba.
