A new court date has been set for a Melfort man, charged following a fatal shooting on the James Smith First Nation. RCMP say on September 5th, three people were shot during an altercation at a home on the reserve. A 37-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman were killed, while a 44-year-old man was sent to hospital with serious, but non life-threatening injuries. In Melfort court, 33-year-old Shawn Moostoos was remanded to January 17th.
