A Regina man was back in court yesterday charged with Second Degree Murder in the death of a Vibank man in March. 25-year-old Anthony Seon was remanded for a preliminary in February in Regina Provincial Court. March 7th, police responded to a report of an injured man at a home. 45-year-old Lawrence Robert Godfrey was pronounced dead at the scene.
