Dauphin’s hospital will be undergoing a major upgrade. Premier Heather Stefanson says the work, which will start next year, will include the relocation of all endoscopy procedures out of the operating rooms and into space vacated two years ago when the new emergency department became operational. Construction is slated to be completed in 2023.
