Turkey Farmers of Saskatchewan are not expecting any supply shortages of turkeys this Christmas season. Cinthya Wiersma says there are eleven commercial turkey producers in Saskatchewan, and supply is being ramped up. The turkey supply was first slowed by the pandemic, and then the recent floods in B.C. impacted the supply chain, but Wiersma says there should be enough turkeys for everyone who wants one.
