The surety bond issued to Jack Mally Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Wynyard, has been demanded and paid, and Saskatchewan’s Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority is letting the public know that consumers who suffered a financial loss in dealings with the company may now be eligibile to file a claim to get their money back. The dealership operated in Wynyard until June 3, 2019, and if you think you may be eligible to submit a claim, you must provide a signed claim form and documents detailing your financial loss, by January 10th.
