Another court appearance has been made by one of two Winnipeg residents, charged in connection with the death of an Indian Head RCMP officer. 42-year-old Alphonse Traverse is charged with First Degree Murder, and was remanded to Indian Head Court on January 18th. 43-year-old Marlene Pagee, is charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder, and she returns to court today in Regina. On June 12th in Wolseley, Constable Shelby Patton stopped a truck that had reportedly been stolen in Manitoba, and while Patton was out of his vehicle, the truck allegedly ran him over.
