A Canora man, who has a history of violent behaviour, is in Yorkton for the resumption of his Dangerous Offender application.

The hearing for 54-year-old Jason Ludba is scheduled to last for most of the week.

In February of 2020, Canora RCMP were called to a home, on a report of a female being assaulted.

The victim was able to fight off the suspect, and ran to a neighboring residence to call 911.
