SaskPower’s year in review report notes a record $272 million dollar investment in transmission and distribution infrastructure. In addition, the provincial power company’s Joel Cherry says they continue looking at ways to reduce their carbon footprint by at least 50% of 2005 levels by 2030, and will add some 400 megawatts of renewable generation by the end of the fiscal year.
