A Skownan First Nation man, who admitted to Manslaughter in connection with a death on the reserve, has made another court appearance. RCMP were called to a report of an injured male at a home in June of 2020. A 31-year-old man was taken to hospital, but he died from his injuries. 24-year-old Jayden Catcheway was remanded to Tuesday to set a sentencing date in Dauphin.
