One of two Brandon residents facing drug and weapon charges following a traffic stop near Virden, has appeared in court again. On September 25th, Mounties searched a vehicle, and seized open liquor, batons, bear spray, and about 28 grams of crystal meth. Last Thursday, 27-year-old Harley Lessard had his matters adjourned to January 24th. His co-accused, 21-year-old Ryley Walker, is scheduled to return to court on January 27th.
