A Busy Day In The Pas Court

Tuesday was a busy day in court in The Pas. Tyler Ballantyne, A Moose Lake man charged following a fight in the town in October that left another man injured, had his matters adjourned to January 21st, in The Pas.
One of two people charged following a report of threats on November 15th, at a home in the R.M. of Kelsey has pleaded not guilty.
57-year-old Anthony Ross of the R.M. of Kelsey, faces numerous charges, and his trial was set for May 3rd, in The Pas.
A 44-year-old man facing several charges stemming from an alleged assault at a home in the R.M. of Kelsey on November 20th, also appeared
Jeremy Cook, of the R.M. of Kelsey, faces numerous charges, and will make his next appearance in The Pas Court on February 8th.
