SaskTel announced donations to provincial charities totaling almost 209-thousand dollars in 2021. The money comes from SaskTel’s TelCare program, in which the company matches 50 per cent of all money raised through employee donations. In the Yorkton area, three charities received a total of $4,350 in 2021 – the Yorkton Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan, and the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
