A Dauphin man remains in custody following his arrest Wednesday afternoon. Mounties were called to a home on 11th Avenue Southwest, following a report of a man with a knife. The suspect fled, and when officers located him a short time later and tried to arrest him, they say the suspect drew a knife, and a Conducted Energy Weapon was used. 30-year-old Kyle Sutherland will appear in Dauphin Court today, facing five charges.
