Melville City Council gave the go-ahead to submit an application for funding towards a road paving project. An application will be sent to the Canada Community Building Fund, formerly known as the Municipal Gas Tax Fund, to cover the $385-thousand cost of paving 3rd Avenue North, between King Street and Prince Edward Street. The project would see paving 3rd Avenue North, between King Street and Prince Edward Street.
