Dauphin’s Court Is Getting A Makeover

Manitoba is providing an additional four million dollars to support the cost of the expansion and improvements to the 105-year-old Dauphin Court House. The money, which is on top of the 11-million-dollar tender announced last March, will cover the cost of additional needs identified during the design phase, as well as extra material and labour costs incurred due to the ongoing pandemic. Among the upgrades to be done, are improvements to video-conferencing and meeting spaces for lawyers and their clients, as well as accessibilty upgrades to both the interior and exterior of the building.
